Guarantee
We offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee. If you experience any issues with our service, please notify us within 3 days, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.
Reservation
A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited deposit. The deposit will go towards the final cost of your service.
No Show
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show. In this case, 50% of the service fee will be charged.
No Refunds
All services are non-refundable. If you experience an allergic reaction or sensitivity to our services, we offer a complimentary one-time removal service.
